Routes to market
The beauty retail landscape is vast and evolving.
Working in conjunction with the brand and marketing strategies, we will identify the most suitable retailers or retail channels for your brand. We develop a retail strategy that identifies routes to market best suited to your brand. These will include, but are not limited to bricks and mortar beauty retailers (both boutique and mainstream), e-commerce retailers, direct to consumer, subscription models and on demand services.
Positioning
We will also consider how your brand positioning determines your route to market. Will it have multiple SKU’s, with a large marketing budget that can carry a mainstream listing immediately or will it be a smaller range with a hero product that we can grow more organically through a “cult” movement?
We will work with you to create retailer presentations that are consistent with your brand identity to make sure the language, positioning and data are appropriate for the target audience attending retailer meetings if required. As part of the ongoing relationship with retailers, we will work closely with them on promotions and supply pipelines to ensure product availability and sales growth.
